ISSA is owned and managed by Clive Grandin.

During his 23 years of dedicated service at the Department of Home Affairs, Clive Grandin became involved in all aspects of the workings of the Department.

From 1996 he specialised in Immigration and Citizenship and in 1997 he completed a Diploma in Public Management and Administration through the Technikon RSA.

He passed a course cum laude (the highest mark awarded in KZN) in 2001 to become a member of a core group of experts in Permanent Residence for the Department of Home Affairs.

In 2007 he was requested by the Provincial Manager to head, Permitting (Immigration), in the Province. In the Department of Home Affairs the Permitting section includes all forms of Work Permits, Study Permits, Visitors Permits and Permanent Residence. He left the Department on 1 October 2007 to start Immigration Services South Africa. (ISSA)

He is registered as an Immigration Practitioner with the Forum of Immigration Practitioners of South Africa FIPSA (see certificate) Membership Number GHGD- SQ and is currently the Chairperson of the KwaZulu Natal region. He has received an award for Excellence for Years of Service (see certificate). Clive Grandin is well known for his customer service, professionalism, honesty and efficiency, which are central values in this business.
